Everything in one place

A habit tracker that respects your day

Routines, to-dos, timers and stats live in the same warm interface — so you never juggle three apps to keep one promise to yourself.

Streaks worth keeping

Every finished day feeds a streak, a best-ever record and a consistency grid you can read in a second.

Built-in timers

Give a routine a duration and Flintly counts it down, tracks the minutes and completes the habit at zero.

Several times a day

Water 8×, vitamins 2× — set a daily target and each tap fills a progress bar instead of one blunt checkbox.

To-dos that get out of the way

Priorities, subtasks, due times and swipe-to-archive. One list for what's today, one glance for what's overdue.

Insights, not vanity charts

Trends, best days, time-of-day patterns and a weekly recap that names the habit slipping — generated on your device.

Dark, light, color-blind

Three full themes with a CVD-safe palette. Status never relies on color alone — every state carries an icon too.

Consistency

18 weeks of showing up, on one screen

Your heatmap is the honest version of your month. Filter it by routine, tap a day to see what happened, and let the streak carry you through the days motivation doesn't.

  • Current & best streak side by side, so a slip never erases the record.
  • Per-routine filters — see which habit is carrying the month.
  • Single-hue intensity ramp that stays readable for color-blind users.

Start the timer, finish the habit

Reading, meditation, deep work — the routines that need minutes get a timer instead of a checkbox. When it hits zero, the habit completes itself and the minutes land in your time analytics.

  • Auto-complete at 0:00 — no second step to forget.
  • Time analytics — hours per routine, minutes per day, longest session.
  • 94% vs 62% — timed routines get finished far more often than untimed ones.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Is Flintly free?

Yes. Unlimited routines, to-dos, streaks and timers are free forever. Pro adds custom colors, full insight history, widgets and calendar sync — it never locks data you already tracked.

Does it work offline?

Completely. Flintly stores your routines on your device and needs no connection to tick a habit, run a timer or show your streak. Sync and calendar features are optional and stay off until you turn them on.

Can I track a habit several times a day?

Yes — set a daily target such as “water, 8×”. Each tap advances a progress bar and a count ring, and the routine only counts as done when you hit the target. Partial progress still moves your day's completion ring.

Is Flintly usable if I'm color-blind?

There's a dedicated color-blind-safe theme built on a blue/orange pair, and status is never carried by color alone: done, remaining and skipped each have their own icon and label.

What happens to my data?

It stays yours. No data sales, no advertising trackers, export whenever you like and delete your account in one tap. The details — what's stored, for how long, and who processes it — are in the privacy policy.
